Curiosity for the world, information for parents, 100% on-model.
Kubuś, the category leader in kids' juices, was launching a new edition of its collectible traveller stickers: 35 stickers, each one revealing a different country. The brand needed a series of dynamic TV spots that would interest children in the world and travel, and give parents the information they need, all in time for the spring campaign launch.
A hybrid production process, 3D and 2D techniques around one beloved bear.
We started from the official 3D character model and the brand book. Model sheets, reference poses and a dedicated fur-texturing system were the starting point for the Kubuś that kids know. Key frames from the 3D model served as the base for the animation, and every shot went through retouch and compositing to match the script and the brand book.
The Madagascar pilot episode set the visual style, the pacing and the voice; the remaining four episodes then ran in parallel through full post-production: edit, color grading, VFX, sound design with the Kubuś jingle, and a final broadcast-ready mix. All five masters were delivered on time for the spring campaign.
